The lawyers at Snee, Mahoney, Lutche & Helmlinger, P.A. are representing Presbyterian Home of Maryland, Incorporated to establish Harford County’s first Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). The CCRC will be conveniently situated along Maryland Route 543 just north of Maryland Route 22 in Bel Air, Maryland. Situated on 58.5 acres, at build out, the CCRC will have 26 independent living villas, 550 to 594 independent living apartments, 40 assisted living apartments and 40 skilled nursing apartments.
The CCRC will feature a community center with many amenities including multiple dining rooms, a bistro and bar, exercise room, beauty shop, library and business center and much more.
The CCRC will provide a continuum of care for Harford County seniors. Instead of moving to Baltimore County or southern Pennsylvania, Harford County seniors will be able to stay in their county near their children and grandchildren.
