Maryland Personal Property Tax Return and Annual Report Extensions Available

While the 2019 Annual Report and Personal Property Tax Return were due by April 15th in order for an entity to remain in good standing, two-month filing extensions are available through the Maryland SDAT’s online extension request system, extending the filing due date to no later than June 17th.
