Stephen W. Lutche is a Shareholder at Snee, Lutche, Helmlinger & Spielberger, P.A and has been with the firm for over 20 years. During his time at SLH, Steve has developed a strong reputation for his legal work in real estate and construction, while also supporting thriving business and estate planning practices.
His passion for law, specifically in the Harford County area, started early through his work as a Harford County attorney and later as counsel to the Department of Public Works. This experience not only allowed him to create trusted relationships with key players in the area, but also gave him the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the local construction and development industry which he now carries into his private practice work.
Outside of the office, Stephen spends most of his time with family, playing, coaching, or watching his children or home town teams play any number of sports. In an ideal world, Stephen would spend his time golfing or at the beach with his family and their dog Cooper!

What’s the best gift you’ve ever received? Our two children Brigitte and Stevie

What is your least favorite trend right now? The constant political bickering and protesting! Let’s move on!
If you could accomplish anything this year, what would be? Learning to surf with our son and daughter!
What is your biggest pet peeve? Our kids would say when I have to ask more than once, but in reality, it is the never-ending trail of leaves that ends up in our garage year-round!
What makes you cringe? Snakes, and today’s pop music!
If you could wake up tomorrow and be in someone else’s body, who would you be? Bono
