On July 6, 2015, Snee, Mahoney, Lutche & Helmlinger, P.A. officially moved into its new home located at 112 South Main Street, Bel Air, Maryland.
The completely refurbished building was originally built in 1940. It formerly housed the Baltimore Gas and Electric Company, the State Department of Assessments and Taxation, a Sears catalog store, and finally, a myriad of office users.
SMLH’s new home features a beautiful brick façade with a wood door entrance mirroring the Circuit Court located one block away on Main Street. Inside, the waiting area offers wood floors, a beautiful semi-circular granite receptionist station, a self-service beverage café and comfortable seating enhanced by an oriental carpet.
The interior includes 3 conference rooms, 11 lawyer offices and 4 legal assistant offices. The SMLH support staff is housed in a spacious office area complete with an elevated roof monitor. The interior also includes 4 bathrooms, a shower, and a spacious kitchen/lunch room with exposed brick. The office is adorned with 22 historical prints of the “old” Town of Bel Air.
The property includes 32 on-site parking spaces with access from Main Street and Bond Street.
