Municipalities in Harford County include The City of Havre de Grace, The City of Aberdeen and the Town of Bel Air.   Cecil County has eight incorporated towns; Cecilton, Charlestown, Chesapeake City, Elkton, North East, Perryville, Port Deposit and Rising Sun.  SLHS represents client interests before the Harford County Council on all legislative matters affecting their businesses. We also regularly represent clients dealing with the Executive Branch of Harford County, including the Departments of Law, Public Works, Planning and Zoning, Procurement, Economic Development and Licenses, Inspections and Permits.
