If you have put off completing, or even starting, your Estate and/or Trust planning, you are not alone. It is often human nature to avoid having to think about or plan for your death even though most everyone can appreciate the importance of having their affairs in order. Do it for your loved ones, perhaps a spouse, or children that will be required to tend to your affairs once you are longer with us. The significance of a property estate plan cannot be overstated.
