In April, Snee, Lutche, Helmlinger & Spielberger, P.A. participated in the annual Harford County Housing Fair at the McFaul Activities Center. The Harford County Office of Community & Economic Development presented a free first-time homebuyers workshop. Shareholder Colleen Ferg Helmlinger represented SLH and advised attendees regarding the drafting and review of contracts of sale by homeowners and private lending documentation and review services which SLH offers to its clients. Potential first-time homebuyers had the opportunity to meet with housing representatives and vendors to learn information related to the home buying process.
